Simply Strength is strategically designed to cater to those individuals that may prefer to focus solely on good old fashioned strength training. Simply Strength focuses exclusively on basic strength training techniques that are as simple as they are effective… with no complex multi-joint movements (i.e., Olympic or power lifting) or cardio training on the agenda. This class is tailored specifically to welcome first time participants, yet maintain its ability to benefit more seasoned participants, thanks to its modern and inclusive approach to this otherwise classic idea!
