YOGAwhereyouwork marries the balance, flexibility, strength and power components of fitness oriented Yoga with the calming, restorative qualities that can make an otherwise stressful workday so much more manageable. YOGAwhereyouwork classes are designed specifically to welcome new participants with no prior Yoga experience, while providing modifications to satisfy more advanced students. Emphasis is placed on building a foundation of basic poses, then allowing them to flow from one to the next, while focusing on proper alignment and breathing to promote a peaceful moment in your busy day.
