BOOTCAMPwhereyouwork offers your staff a high-intensity group workout, flexible enough to accommodate first-time participants, yet challenging enough to continue pushing even the most experienced athletes to their limit! Thanks to an emphasis on calisthenics, in combination with portable resistance training equipment (e.g., dumbbells, resistance bands, balls, etc..) BOOTCAMPwhereyouwork classes are often able to shift outside seasonally, as weather permits. These engaging classes are designed specifically to encourage new participants as they join their co-workers in building their sweat-equity in a truly dynamic team building, fat burning, and muscle enhancing experience!
